Advitam Pharma has developed an exclusive interactive-coaching concept for pharmacists. A new tool using the theatre to stage sketches of daily life in the pharmacy in order to train the pharmacist and his/her team.
This specialised training has the benefit of an instructor with experience of the world of the dispensary and the use of a computerised interactive voting system. During the different scenes at the Pharma Theatre interaction develops between the participants, the speaker and the actors. The spectators are presented with situations they have experienced and assimilate the information all the more easily because of the touches of humour.
